I am a buyer's agent, so I represent you!  It doesn't cost* you anything for me to represent you and to negotiate the best price for you, so why would you do it on your own? You need to be working with a buyer's agent who will represent your interests in the transaction. Sometimes buyer's think they need to call the name on the sign,but the seller's agent responsiblity is to the seller, not to you as a buyer. For your convenience, I also provide listings by email. * It is customary here for the seller to pay the commission, but there can be a possibility(not usually but can happen) where a For Sale by Owner will ask the buyer to pay part of the commission.
